Order Processing

Orders via checks (both paper and electronic) will not be shipped until the check has cleared.   This may take as long as 10 business days.

All orders are processed within three business days of receipt.

Refunds &   Returns

Refunds are only given for merchandise that cannot be shipped. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Within 30 days of receipt, any defective items may be returned for an exchange.

Shipping   Restrictions

If you live outside the United States, you are responsible for knowing the laws in your country and the video format used. Any orders that are restricted by your country or confiscated by Customs will not be refunded.
